Hi, I'm Pranab

What I'm Up to

I launched Attentional Copiloting, a service that blends meditation and therapy techniques with real-time productivity support. This is both an active business and an ongoing research project into what becomes possible when we bring deep, attuned presence to meaningful work. Interested? Work with me.

The basic idea: most productivity advice stays on the conceptual layer, and that's a problem. GTD, time-blocking, Pomodoros, personal knowledge management, etc: they all work when they work, but what do you do when they don't?

Systems break when you hit spirals of avoidance, freeze response, burnout, procrastination, and intense inner critique. We've all been there - knowing exactly what we need to do but feeling completely incapable of actually doing it (for days, weeks, and months). Conceptual knowing doesn't seem to help in those moments.

A solution? By working with the underlying intensity of emotional activation and processing those emotions with a sense of safety and support, what once felt impossible becomes manageable, and what felt like struggle can transform into flow.

By training specific skills around emotions, you'll develop a reliable way of accessing flow and clarity regardless of what you're facing.

Background

I've spent the last few years at the intersection of growth, technology, and human development. Recently, I've led growth at Polytomic (YC-backed data engineering), Odyssey (legal psychedelic therapy), and Jhourney (meditation retreats featured in TIME, Asterisk, and The Atlantic).

Earlier, I did fractional growth work with early-stage B2B SaaS startups through a venture studio and growth agency. I started my career at Samsara and have chemical engineering training from UT Austin.

The entire time, I've been deeply engaged in contemplative practice and emotional work. My influences span nondual meditation (Michael Taft and Rob Burbea), Internal Family Systems therapy, somatic awareness, the Art of Accomplishment, plus training in Motivational Interviewing and developmental stage theory. I'm drawn to practices that cultivate aliveness, emotional fluidity, presence, and community.
